Designed for those committed to making wellness a consistent part of their lifestyle, the Wellness Membership includes eight Serenity Session passes each month with the ability to share the membership between up to two linked accounts. This option provides greater flexibility for couples, friends, or family members looking to build a wellness routine together.

1. Membership Eligibility
- Memberships are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.
- Membership benefits, privileges, and access are subject to the terms of the selected membership plan.
- Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise stated within the specific membership benefits.
2. Membership Usage
- Memberships grant access to Sunday Hotsprings in accordance with the visit allowance and benefits outlined in the selected membership.
- Standard sessions are 120 minutes unless otherwise specified.
- All visits are subject to availability and require advance reservations.
- Unused visits, guest passes, or other membership benefits expire at the end of each applicable billing cycle unless otherwise stated and have no cash value.
3. Reservations, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Members are required to pre-book all sessions in advance. Session availability is limited and reservations are subject to capacity restrictions.
- Reservations must be made through Sunday Hotsprings’ online booking system.
- Rescheduling requests, cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are subject to the standard policies and guidelines outlined on the Sunday Hotsprings website and official social media channels.
4. Guest Policy
- Guest privileges are available only for memberships that specifically include guest benefits.
- The member is responsible for all guests attending under their membership.
- All guests must comply with Sunday Hotsprings’ policies, facility rules, and code of conduct.
- Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
- Guest benefits may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or carried over unless otherwise stated.
5. Membership Commitment, Billing & Renewal
- All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) full monthly billing cycles.
- Memberships purchased after the 1st of the month will be prorated through the remainder of the current billing cycle. The initial prorated billing period does not count toward the three (3) full monthly billing cycle minimum commitment.
- Membership fees are billed automatically on the 1st of each month using the payment method on file.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Memberships will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until canceled by the member in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, provided the minimum commitment has been fulfilled.
6. Membership Changes, Freezes & Cancellations
- Members may request a membership freeze of up to three (3) months after completing at least one full billing cycle.
- Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership effective for the next billing cycle after completing at least one full billing cycle.
- Membership cancellations may be requested at any time after the minimum commitment has been fulfilled by providing written notice.
- All membership changes, freezes, and cancellations must be requested via email to hello@sundayhotsprings.com at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date.
- Cancellations become effective at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
- Membership benefits remain active through the final paid billing period.
7. Facility Rules & Code of Conduct
- Members and guests are expected to treat fellow guests, employees, and the facility with courtesy and respect at all times.
- Members and guests must follow all posted safety guidelines, staff instructions, and facility rules.
- Disruptive, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the facility and suspension or termination of membership without refund.
- Lockers are provided for convenience. Sunday Hotsprings is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
8. Health & Assumption of Risk
- Participation in contrast therapy and the use of hot and cold wellness amenities involve inherent risks.
- By purchasing a membership, members acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the facility and its amenities.
- Members should consult a physician before participating in contrast therapy if pregnant, under medical care, or if they have any health concerns or pre-existing medical conditions.
Members agree to use all amenities responsibly and in accordance with posted guidelines and staff instructions.
9. Right to Refuse Service
- Sunday Hotsprings reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Sunday Hotsprings reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms & Conditions, facility rules, or misuse of membership benefits.
10. Changes to Memberships & Policies
Sunday Hotsprings reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, operating hours, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to members.
11. Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Sunday Hotsprings Facility Rules, and any additional policies published by Sunday Hotsprings.
