Sunday Hot Springs Membership Agreement
1. Membership Terms and Usage
• Your membership grants access to Sunday Hot Springs according to the visit allowance specified in your selected membership tier.
• Sessions are 120 minutes per visit, and members must book in advance to secure availability.
• Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.
2. Booking and Reservation Policies
• Members must reserve their visit in advance through our online system or by phone.
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled visit to avoid forfeiting a session.
• Late arrivals will not receive extended time beyond their scheduled booking.
3. Membership Billing and Renewal
• Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless canceled.
• Members must provide 30 days’ notice to cancel their membership.
• Membership is a 3 month commitment from date of first draft. Membership is a 12 month contract.
• There are no refunds for unused visits, and visits do not roll over to the following month.
4. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct
• Members must follow all safety guidelines and facility rules as outlined by Sunday Hot Springs staff and management.
• Disruptive behavior will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without a refund.
• Sunday Hot Springs is not responsible for lost or stolen items; lockers are provided for personal belongings.
5. Liability Waiver
• By signing up for a membership, you acknowledge that hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas, and steam rooms involve inherent risks.
• Sunday Hot Springs is not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or personal harm resulting from facility use.
• Members must consult a physician before using heat or cold therapy, especially if they have medical conditions.
7. Cancellation and Suspension
• Members may request a temporary hold (up to 2 months) for medical or travel-related reasons.
• Sunday Hot Springs reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of terms or misconduct.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and general terms and conditions along with "Rules" found on our website. Sunday Hot Springs reserves the right to update membership policies with notice.
