First Light is our early morning access experience at Sunday Hot Springs, available from 5:00–8:00am. Designed as an express offering within our full facility, First Light is created for those who choose to begin their day with intention, clarity, and restoration.
Whether for post-training recovery, a pre-work reset, or a moment of quiet grounding before the day begins, First Light offers a refined window of access to support physical recovery and mental clarity at the highest level.
