Sunday Hot Springs Membership Agreement
1. Membership Terms and Usage
• Your membership grants access to Sunday Hot Springs according to the visit allowance specified in your selected membership tier.
• Sessions are 120 minutes per visit, and members must book in advance to secure availability.
• Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use only.
2. Booking and Reservation Policies
• Members must reserve their visits in advance through our online booking system or by phone.
• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled visit to avoid forfeiting a session.
• Late arrivals will not receive extended time beyond their scheduled booking.
3. Billing
• Memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of each month.
• Memberships purchased after the 1st will be prorated for the remainder of that month.
• Memberships continue to renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled by the member in accordance with this agreement.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.
4. Pauses and Cancellations
• Membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 full monthly billing cycles from the date of enrollment.
• Members may request a temporary membership hold for medical or travel-related reasons with written notice.
• Members may cancel their membership at any time after completing the minimum 3 billing cycles by providing written notice.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Once canceled, the membership will remain active through the end of the final paid billing period.
• Unused visits do not roll over to the following month and have no cash value.
5. Facility Rules and Code of Conduct
• Members must follow all safety guidelines and facility rules as outlined by Sunday Hot Springs staff and management.
• Disruptive behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
• Sunday Hot Springs is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are provided for personal belongings.
6. Liability Waiver
• By enrolling in a membership, you acknowledge that the use of hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas, steam rooms, and other facility amenities involves inherent risks.
• Sunday Hot Springs is not liable for injuries, health conditions, or other personal harm resulting from the use of the facility, except as required by applicable law.
• Members are encouraged to consult a physician before participating in heat or cold exposure therapies, particularly if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
7. Right to Refuse Service
• Sunday Hot Springs reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, abusive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for guests and staff, subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Sunday Hot Springs reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these terms, facility rules, or misconduct.
8. Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms, the general Terms and Conditions, and the Rules available on the Sunday Hot Springs website.
Sunday Hot Springs reserves the right to modify membership policies at any time with reasonable notice to members.
